My Story

I started Be My Calm because I was tired of pretending I had it together. Tired of pushing through when my body and heart were asking me to slow down. This is where I come to tell the truth—about love, loss, uncertainty, and the quiet work of learning how to feel safe inside myself again.

Some days calm feels close. Other days it feels like something I’m reaching for with shaky hands. This space holds both. The messy thoughts, the moments of clarity, and the reminders I write for myself when I forget that I’m allowed to rest.

If you’re here, maybe you’re not looking for answers either. Maybe you just want to feel less alone in the in-between. This is me choosing softness anyway. Choosing honesty. Choosing calm, even when it takes time.
